About Anointed Voices

Anointed Voices is a group of five talented and anointed young ladies. These young ladies have been singing praises to God in the church since each one was a child. This group has been singing together for about four years (but have known each other their whole lives). Each member Teresa, Sha'Ron, Tiffany, Shaunette and Anjanee' have their own unique style and together form an awesome group. Anointed Voices was originally formed as a choir but eventually some members went on to fulfill their purpose, leaving the present five members. Eventually the group ended up being five ladies who were on a mission to sing unto the Lord and minister to His people. Since then they have been singing at their home church (Community United Methodist Church) and wherever they are requested to sing. These lovely ladies love to sing praises to God and minister to His people!

About each member

Teresa

Teresa is a native of Washington D.C who is a member of Community United Methodist Church. The strong alto has three children and comes from a large family. Teresa owns a Child Development Center and loves children. She also sings with the McMillan sisters who recently put out their first CD. Teresa is a dedicated worker for the Lord and loves to bless others with her beautiful voice and smile.

Sha'Ron

Sha'Ron is also a native of Washington D.C and is a member of Community United Methodist Church. This high soprano is married and has three children. Sha'Ron is a medical assistant at a doctor's office in Virginia. She is a member of the liturgical dance ministry at Community United Methodist Church called Sacred Hearts. Sha'Ron loves to help others and is known for her bubbly personality.

Tiffany

Tiffany is a native of Maryland and is also a member of Community United Methodist Church. She is married with three children. Tiffany also enjoys working with children and teaching. She makes jewelery and many arts and crafts. She is also a member of Sacred Hearts Dance Ministry. She is known for her strong alto voice and her meek spirit.

Shaunette

Shaunette is a native Washingtonian and a member of Community United Methodist Church. She is a mother of one and is a federal government employee. Shaunette works in the church on various committees and is very good at planning events and other functions. Shaunette is known for her beautiful soprano voice and her ability to sing a song exactly like the original. She is a very talented singer who loves the Lord!

Anjanee'

Anjanee' is a native of Maryland and is a member of Community United Methodist Church. She works for Prince Georges County Public Schools as a teacher. She is also active in the church and enjoys helping on committees. Anjanee' is a member of Sacred Hearts Dance Ministry. She is an alto and a tenor who loves to paint,write songs, choreograph liturgical dances and sing praises to the Lord!
